Breathe, expand, stretch, connect, and be more free — nurture your body and mind through yoga, meditation, and community discussion with a weekly online yoga class. For the first hour, we will move through a modifiable vinyasa class concluding with brief meditation. Stay after your practice to connect with other students and build community. All levels welcome, beginners encouraged. No experience or equipment necessary, just an internet connection and Zoom. Participants will receive an email prior to class with more details.
